Me and my yellow -naped Amazon, about 28 years ago. I have aged appropriately in that time. She doesn’t look any different. She’s about 63 now, and will outlive me. I was lucky to find a veterinary technician that she can live out her years with. That has eased my heart 💜

Flying home to Cuenca, Ecuador. Our adopted country has issues, but here if the government ignores the needs of the indigenous/campesinos, they do so at their peril.
