Today, I met Mercedes, she turned 101 yrs old in Oct. I asked her what makes her the happiest she replied, “Focusing on the happy memories. Don’t smoke & eat good.” I also met a man whose father had just passed away, he said be positive that’s all you can do. What a work day!
