Just following Dr’s orders to get extra electrolytes in the heat. Somebody should repackage MSG as a supplement for yoga ladies. “Singapore” noodles >> sweet drinks all day!

Fostering dogs is the best break from the horrors. Sweet baby girl had me running around for hours cleaning up nasty messes, and it was still better than the news.
