Is this in reference to the voicelines your character does when pinging locations and such, or the weird voicechanger feature they got?
I don't know a single soul that uses the latter thing, however this does seem to be referring to the former, and if thats the case, I can definitely see the issue

TO MY KNOWLEDGE It's only being used as a tool to assist development, not replace it.
As in, the HUMAN developers still do the majority of the creative process.
However, it wouldn't be the first time a company just straight up lied about how AI was being used, so its really just up for debate rn

I may be misinterpreting so correct me if I'm wrong.
But yeah having to forgo responding to dms and such to get projects done can definitely suck, but it helps when people are aware of such responsibilities and know that a lack of response isn't negligence and just being busy
