Oh no! Get mucinex and alkaseltzer before the storm hits. Those help me for sinus/congestion related colds. Its better to nip it in the bud. I hope you you feel better and get some sleep

A semi balanced diet and an ok sleep schedule. Naps after work help alot. You don't even have to sleep just laying down for like 45-60mins no phone. Saves the rest of my day sometimes

Try drinking water. Not a joke I just find that when I get headaches it's because I'm dehydrated. If it's a migraine I find that napping in a very dark room/ little to no light helps
