I'm convinced that the name Estinien was taken from the archaic French name Estienne. Which was basically the name Stephen/Steven. So it is correct to call this man Steve.

To anyone curious, the Hydaelyn Cafe (China's FFXIV cafe) also offers a take on tacos. They're still relatively inauthentic but they at least tried!
