One question the episode raised for me: can an electric motor (driving a prop?) achieve the speeds of current narrowbody/widebody jets, efficiently? (~600 mph)
From the ZeroAvia whitepaper, and it looks like the answer is yes, with "open fan" designs. (kinda like a naked turbine) Neat!

So many seemingly superfluous statements in this question! Unless there's something special about fraud, I'd say the answer is either yes to both or no to both. (A or D) And I'm choosing D because my non-lawyer brain thinks that only the defendant is "entitled" to a jury trial.
