Locking some of the new evolutions behind a way too steep paywall,and announcing said wall before the game even released.It'll sell well no doubt,but I kinda hope it doesn't.Game Freak can do better,and I really wanna see what a Pokémon game could look and play like in 2025.
..Or I'm just bitter.:'D

It feels like there was no love at all involved making it, the buildings are a good example. Graphics aren't everything but a good direction is, and Z-A doesn't have it. It does some new gameplay stuff which I can appreciate but it all feels more than dated. I also don't like their DLC philosophy...

I'd say hold off - I love mine, but I'm a die-hard Nintendo nerd, other than DK Bananza there's not really much to play on it yet. MK World is good, but 8 Deluxe online is better, for now. Pokémon Legends Z-A is a bad joke though, I donno what happened there.
