Kids love WDW but they don’t like to wait, so be prepared for meltdowns. Some rides have queues to keep little ones busy, but mostly you’re just standing in long lines for a long time. Search YouTube for Disney World with toddlers for in depth videos! Take lots of photos/videos to capture memories!

We recently took our 2yo grandson to WDW. His parents won’t allow tv/screentime, so he had little exposure to Disney (other than a stuffed Mickey/t-shirts). Buy Lightning Lanes, bring food/things to do/occupy their minds, bring/rent a stroller (3rd party like ScooterBug; Disney’s aren’t comfortable)

We stayed at Wilderness Lodge our last 2 trips, most recently over Veterans Day weekend in Boulder Ridge with my son’s family. It’s a beautiful resort with great amenities, and its proximity to MK is nearly perfect for a non-Monorail resort. Already planning our next trip; Wilderness keeps winning!
