yeah, I’ve read that so tbh this isn’t that surprising. i have never had an attack like this before so I wasn’t sure if I had GERD or just bad reflux but uhhhhh… this definitely confirms it 😭😭😭😭

it’s horrible! i am 99% sure i triggered it with this cake i made this week with a bunch of oil in it — my stomach is not very tolerant of it, and i generally avoid it, but I didn’t have any replacements. i take meds to keep my reflux in check but had NO idea it could get this bad for me… 😭😭😭
