Queer line dancing is such a beautiful space that brings me so much joy. I was given this pin (from the Golden State Gay Rodeo Association, 1988) by a cowboy who has been line dancing since the 1970s. Queer Western spaces have been here, and will continue to be here. I'm honored to be a part of it.
