I used to use hinged knee braces for snowboarding.
Not only do they help, they also gave me more confidence.
But, in saying that, I used to go to Japan on snow holidays, so it was basically 10 days in the snow
I always took the third day off for recovery

Yes. I’m enjoying it, but I was a bit sick last weekend so I decided to give it a break until tonight.
My serve was working really well tonight so I was happy about that.
My local lawn tennis courts are opening up on Saturday, and it will be my first time on a lawn tennis court since I was a kid.

Hydrate with water or very diluted electrolytes.
🚫 Avoid sugar or bananas between sets — prevents energy crash. #StaySharp #CourtFocus

🥣 4 PM: Low-fat or Greek yogurt = protein + carbs to sustain energy.
🍌 6 PM: Banana = quick fuel before play (avoid mid-match to prevent crash).
💧 6–6:10 PM: BCAA + electrolytes for hydration + muscle protection.

🍝 1 PM: High-carb, low-fat meal (pasta, rice) to refill glycogen & build stamina.
🍪 3 PM: Choc chip cookies or PB biscuits for steady energy.
☕️ 3:30 PM: Coffee = focus + alertness at match time.
