Honestly I agree and disagree with you. So many people are already saying they're not going back to it when it comes back (and a lot of them could be bluffing) but I honestly think it depends on the deal that's worked out and who they sell to.

The only issue with that is that Lemon8 got shut down with TikTok and unlike TikTok, RedNote is actually owned by the CCP and they're already trying to come for that next.

I think you may be right but I was never on musical.ly so I couldn't tell you from first hand experience (although I'm sure if I did a quick google search it would tell me.) The point still stands though, why not make an app that'll be next in line?
