I'd rather not use glue unless I have no other choice. I'll see if I can disassemble the join and try adding some thickness to it. Thanks for the tip.

I haven't thought of using nail polish... Is that easy to do to the knee area? I've built 2 of the Core 2 units and it drives me nuts. Ankles are easy since I have a pen for that. The kinda tacky joint filler stuff that adds tension.
