It's sad and I understand fans need time to grieve. But if people cant fully understand graduation = quit their current job and go for another one or another persona, then I don't think it's fine to use that term.

Changing jobs is so normal these days
I mean I can understand some audience might be afraid of not knowing where those vtubers go next(some might leave the industry)
But still, it's their choice and career path they need to think about
