Loving the new Calvin Harris track. Deffo going to be a huge summer hit, especially in places like Ibiza. Got that sun-going-down vibe.

Been working all day on the website that I’ve missed…just wrapping my head around the Shopify way of doing things.

Have noticed that Shopify is very Google friendly in the merchants section. Chalk and cheese between that and BigCartel.

Watching Knight Rider - a reporter jumps out of a car and then her belongings, including her camera, follows shortly after. The belongings go everywhere and plastic from camera smash across the road.

Next shot, car explodes and it cuts to the reporter grabbing her things from a neat pile. 🤣

I do like the fact that there’s a measuring tool in Illustrator. Spent years doing this manually. A small thing that saves so much time.

Saying that, I no work for the company and I don’t use that now. 🤣

A walk via the field that’s got cows in it and someone looks to have brought a sack of potatoes and thrown them for the animals to eat. But the cows don’t want them.

It’s some effort to bring the spuds!

Been a right mess with the roads over the last few days. No through traffic on the Main Street means less people walking around and going in the shops. Businesses have said as much on social media and the lack of empathy has shocked me. We’re all trying to make a living. Have a heart!

I do love a good film with a strong soundtrack

Considering dancing was banned in Footloose….everyone sure knew how to dance at the end of the film!

Did their parents know about this going on in their home? Cos this is the only place this could have happened.

I’ll tell you what I miss that makes me nostalgic…the smell of a VHS cassette tape. No smell like it.

Last night I lay in bed discussing with my partner, how Abbott and Costello films are brilliant and how they’re funny in a slapstick Laurel and Hardy kinda way.

She wasn’t convinced. Red flag surely? 🤣

This morning was interesting. Got asked to sit in a virtual queue for some gig tickets for my daughter. Was roughly 33,000 in said queue. Got through and the screen for the venue to pick seats wouldn’t load!!!

Had to pick another browser. Back of queue. 11,000 in front!

Missed out on tickets.

Seeing quite a few photographs of foxes on my timeline….so here’s my contribution.

A fox we saw at St Michael's Mount, Cornwall. I think it was trying to get off the island as it was making a break for the main gates.

Spent about 2 hours looking online to see what I could watch tonight. Didn’t find a thing to watch. Too many options.

2 hours wasted.

Shoutout to all those parents who are doing the school run this Monday morning as the kids go back to school after the half term break!

There’s a few TV shows I remember as a kid where I’d just hear the theme tune while in bed and this was one. The Equalizer with Edward Woodward. Watched it years later.

Found out a few years ago that this show was cancelled to keep Murder She Wrote going! Pfft

Visited Erdigg over the weekend that’s up near Wrexham and part of #thenationaltrust.

During lunch we were joined by this cheeky fella. Not shy at all!

The evening news is absolutely grim.

Interesting drive home tonight. Freezing conditions and a thick fog. #bury #manchester

Back at it this week after taking a couple of weeks off during the festive period and already had a few orders in.

Moving forward I’m going to send a photo to customers where I don’t send items tracked, so to prove that the item has been sent.

Happy New Year to everyone! 🥂

Let’s hope for a fantastic and healthy 2025.

Thanks for all your orders in 2024, it’s always appreciated.

Merry Christmas everyone. Have a wonderful time with family and friends.

Put up the Christmas tree at the weekend. First of all the top section snapped at the connector bit so had to find a part from old trees in the loft. I did. Then the rookie error of putting lights on the tree without testing them. They didn’t work!!! Aaaarrggh

Manchester is cold right now and up on the hills of Bury it feels even colder. Snow inbound? Fingers crossed there’s not enough to cause problems but my daughter is buzzing from the prospect of a heavy downfall.

I woke up at 5am to watch the Tyson fight.

I think Paul needs to move away from boxing older fighters.

A 58 year old isn’t going to be able to chase someone round a ring.

If I stay up to watch Tyson fight, then I’m going to struggle tomorrow. I’ve got no idea when they’re due to fight but I’m guessing 3-4am UK time?
