In my most recent drawing I apparently used a total of 425 layers - according to CSP. But since I also delete and merge layers a lot, not all of those layers are still part of the final file. Still, a loooot of layers. Using only 4 would be a challenge and doesn't sound very fun tbh lol

I use new layers for ...everything. Every time there's a new element I want to add or there's a slight chance something I do could ruin another element.
So I have multiple separate layers for: thumbnails, sketch, line art, colors, highlights, effects, rendering, etc.
