They’re not alleging actual bias, just rulings they didn’t like. Howell’s “bee in his bonnet” line was harmless. Her speech never mentioned Trump, very telling they assume it did. If she’d ruled their way, there’d be no motion. This is stalling, not about integrity. Past rulings ≠ bias.

Boasberg isn’t “investigating” Trump. He’s enforcing a court order after admin ignored a TRO. He didn’t demand testimony, just a sworn declaration on state secrets. The DOJ is stalling, and Boasberg is ensuring compliance. This is judicial oversight, not lawfare.
