I don't want to speak out of turn, but the company looks out for us and treats us well. While I can't speak for the unionized locations, I'm confident that they are also generously treated and have high hopes that this will end pragmatically.

I work for Costco. There are only a handful of stores that are unionized (they were grandfathered in when the merge between Price Club occurred).
