Now is a hard time to make MORE changes in your life. It's ridiculous to imagine someone telling you while you are in the middle of this entire situation that NOW is the time. Really!! You can ask if and WHEN you are ready for some .. help? if that's what we are calling this.

Has no one noticed that Hamilton's reduced ability to perform corresponds directly to the week he was diagnosed with Covid 19 and he came back immediately. That's where this started. Coming back to soon has been proved to cause more long term symptoms.

No one around me is masking. My cardiologist doesn't' know that long Covid is an inflammatory disease. My only social contact is at doctor's offices. You see a small portion of us.

In addition, he has not ( as a cardiologist) kept up on ANY of the updates on Long Covid. He says this is not long Covid- its an inflammatory disease and I should see the rheumatologist. Long Covid IS and inflammatory disease and NO every one does not get over it.

I can't get any boosters or catch another round of Covid due to the myocarditis it causes. My cardiologists office has no one in masks and he is the one who told me no more shots. AND is surprised I have not returned to work!!!
