The federal workforce should just go on a national strike already… this is the Republican Party shut down the government, stripped healthcare and snap, people should walk out for that alone. Hit them back already.

Republicans have to suffer the consequences of their policies, for too long Democrats have been blamed for their failures. As one Democrat aptly noted, they hold the keys to the kingdom. Let them govern, or not. This is theirs to own.

Rhetoric matters, clearly. “The right way”, wouldn’t lead to violence - you might spend some time investigating how his words caused serious harm to others and then revisit you’re, frankly lazy, rushed to write an op-ed, “right way” headline. I don’t celebrate his death, nor do I celebrate his life
