shipping whole agents is a larger ball of wax, and complicated by the issue that anyone who wants an agent probably has their own (incompatible) setup

such a powerful technique, esp because you can cast not just actors but characters:
Akichi the lizardman, an honest haberdasher in foreign lands, kept my 14th level PCs tied up for four hours of play with nothing but shopwork and dinner.
(My GM notes basically just say "rip off Garak", and apparently I can do that for hours on end.)

not strong evidence, as it probably wasn't one of the pernicious examples that make race conditions scary
but it did see it and fix it without my intervention

was it weird that suddenly half the world seemed to know what d&d was, and some fraction of them watched it like a tv show? absolutely, it blew my mind for like 5-15 sec
