I’m wondering how other people who have this thing about them deal with crowded spaces and what not…?

Andrew Loomis – Figure Drawing for All It’s Worth. A classic, this (and tons of other books by him) are available for free via the internet archive. I’ve honestly not personally used it, but it’s free and a ton of artists have used this as their starting point.
