Ultimately, you believe what you can't not believe. If your process is to debate until you can't come up with a more convincing argument, power to you. I rarely find that's how people arrive at an opinion though, at least not purely.

Reasonable objections don't lead to "correct" opinions, in so far as it is even possible to have them. The benefit of a debate is that it forces you to formalize your arguments, which is, as others here mentioned, a different skill.

While I don't begrudge this interpretation, as this has historically rang true, this take isn't true of actual Socialist or Communist philosophy. One isn't the extreme form of another, they have very different end goals and interact with other systems very differently.

Well that's not my fight, I don't particularly care about an absolute "every"modifier. It remains a fact that the Democrats have largely failed in supporting trans people, your state legislature notwithstanding.

People gotta work? Why? That's kinda like putting the cart in front of the horse. Yes, the secondary effects like needing to eat are still there, but working (for the capitalists) isn't the only way to get there, that's the implicit point of a general strike.

And I can say the same thing about women. If we assume there weren't any significant details missing, the mere act of taking a bag out does not, to me, definitely assume anything. It's a signal for sure, but so is kissing and taking off your partner's clothes
