Gotcha. I'm still looking for a game that is even close to the settlement builder that modded FO4 is. Place Anywhere, OCDecorator, all the asset mods, etc. I haven't found anything close. Most just seem like build a box and add a door. Maybe FO76 when I don't have to play online?

It's going to be interesting to see what the community can squeeze out of it. Modded FO4 is still one of my all time favs. And folks were complaining about Bethesda's game engine for that and Skyrim back then. Old and buggy they said! But modders made a ton of magic for those two games despite that.

I thought the modding community was waiting on the release of Starfield's 'Creation Kit'. Mods for FO4 and Skyrim really took off once those tools were released for those games. Starfield's CK has not been released yet. I am not a modding expert so I could be wrong on this!
