As a language major this always hurts me so much because in MTL SO much can get lost because the cultural context just cannot be grasped by a machine/the wording is wrong! That is part of the reason why I engage with ff so much, it’s written by people for people and that’s noticeable 🥹🫶🏻

Ive also eaten both but apparently bok choy is called pak choi here and i consequenty called the cabbage “salad”
