You basically subscribe to labellers then that will give you certain options, some are for moderation, some will give you a profile label (such as bsky.app/profile/did:...)

first time i hear of misskey, whats up with not being allowed to use VPN and needing to turn on a ton of web browser settings to be able to register/use it? honestly thought I was missing something, but nope, even the instances letting you register without email also asks for web browser settings
