When evaluating for low CVP, measuring the IJ is likely more accurate (and easier to obtain) compared to IVC collapsibility
- Measure R IJ 2cm above the clavicle at end expiration
- IJ AP diameter ≤ 7mm is ~88% sensitive for detecting low CVP

Always get an ECG in cases of seizure:
1) Hard to tell syncope from seizure
2) Case reports of decades long misdiagnosis of seizure

Scrutinize ECG for conduction abnormalities as well as brugada, HCM, ARVC, WPW + QTc issues

When approaching patient in un-differentiated shock, I find #ultrasound being an excellent tool to help narrow down resuscitative efforts. HI-MAP is a great tool and acronym to quickly evaluate the patient. Heart, IVC, Morrisons Pouch, Aorta, Pulm
