You were not capable to do a proper physical release on PS yet so how will this work out? 10 years after release? Instead of blocking paying customers you should answer their questions and show some transparency and not tell them to join Twitch Discord or whatever.

Yeah I got that email too and after that I unsubscribed from their nl and canceled my order. No transparency etc I will never again order something from them

One of those is me I pre ordered a PS4 game more than 2 years ago and they blocked me on X for asking the same question about the status under every post. So F them sons of btches

Forget it they don't reply to their paying customers they rather block them for asking too many times.

Hopefully there will be a physical release on PS

I'd rather wait
