We find that simpler, single-rate models explain the behavioral mouse tracking data just as well as the more complex dual-rate model in gradual motor adaptation tasks with online feedback when participants are asked to move as fast as possible. #psychSciSky

Dual and Multi-rate models have been quite successful in explaining motor learning. We explore the cases when the dual-rate model is NOT needed.
