Where do you draw the line though? Fallout New Vegas is unplayable on steam without an external mod to prevent crashes. Older games alot of time will require some form of setup as well.

No. I require 99 elixirs that I never use. It's part of the vibe. Also keeping track of those items would be a nightmare to program. UI would also be trash. Instead of just "99 elixirs" your inventory would have to have 99 separate slots for each elixir.
