uhh yesterday's #zelink sketches and an errant young ganondorf who i think I really gave too much main character energy to.

#Linktober 2025 day 8: Healing
Sitting under a tree in a sunny field, Zelda looks off into the distance, her short hair caught in the wind. Her hand is rested against the side of Link's face where he sleeps with his head in her lap, his remaining hand resting over his stomach while is partial arm remains resting against the ground. Zelda is smiling sadly.

two panels, BOTW era Link Panel 1: Link is standing looking down at a group of koroks who are quickly starting to climb his body as a crowd. There is a single separate korok floating behind him with a spinning leaf. Link looks concerned by this development. Panel 2: Link is almost fully mobbed, his head, hands, and legs the only thing visible as the koroks bury him in their tiny bodies. His concern is much deeper now. The floating korok has leaned in close to the action.

Link gingerly lowers himself into a hotspring on death mountain in the background, visibly wounded, while his champion's tunic sits in the foreground, tattered and blood stained. His bracers have been discarded beside it haphazardly, but the tunic itself has been carefully folded despite the wear and tear. Main colours of the piece are blue and red-brown. Link's back is to the audience, his face not visible, and his hair loose.

Linktober day 7: Undead

Coming back to life feels as though his body is falling apart all over again.
A dark image lit eerily in bright blue/green reveals Link emerging laboriously from the shrine of resurrection's healing bed. He leans over the side of the tub, dripping water from his hair and body.

Linktober day 5: Love/Friendship
Link and Zelda duck behind a wall in the garden, trying to suppress laughter as they hide away. Zelda has her hand clamped over Link's mouth to muffle his laughter, her other hand braced against his chest. Link leans against the wall with one hand, the other around Zelda's waist to keep her upright. Link is wearing his royal guard uniform; Zelda is wearing a formal court dress and her diadem. The piece is painted mainly in blues.

"Never forget Oct 3rd" Happy FMA day, have a wip for a convention next year as a treat <3
black and white wip of Riza Hawkeye and Roy Mustang in a car driving through Central City. Roy is freaking out, grabbing the steering wheel from the passenger seat, and RIza is standing with her leg hooked over the back of the driver's seat. She's holding a smoking rifle, staring out at whatever they're driving toward.

Linktober 3: Fire

Link is getting a bit roasty toasty for his own liking.

Done in an analagous orange/red/yellow scheme, Link cringes behind some rocks as the fire from an enemy blazes past him. He wears the Ember Armour from Tears of the Kingdom, and it glows with charge from the heat. He carries a gerudo shield and a knight's broadsword.

Link and Zelda sit on the edge of the main sky island from Tears of the Kingdom, the Temple of Time in the background along with gold-leaved trees. They sit with their heads bent close together, crying bitter sweet tears over the master sword where it sits across their laps, fully restored after the events of Tears of the kingdom. The master sword glows slightly blue.

The two pieces I did for ATLA zine vol 3: Generations!

Initially I only did the Azula and Ursa one, but ended up pinch hitting for a second piece when someone had to drop out. I had a lot of fun creating both pieces. Please enjoy!

Zelink Week day 5: In a Bind.

This is the last piece I did for the event. It was so much fun to participate!

Link cannot bring himself to harm her, even though he knows she only wears Zelda's face.
Painted all in cool tones, Link trembles, frozen in place as the Yiga disguised as Zelda tips his chin with one of her fingers, a sickle hidden at her back and ready to be used. Behind her, the cage she'd been held under is tipped on its side, and behind both of them, two more Yiga wait to rush forward and do their part in taking down the Hero.

Zelink Week Day 4: Intertwined.

The two heroes rest after another long journey.
An intimate moment in which Link sleeps while sprawled on top of Zelda. She turns her head to kiss his forehead, but keeps her eye on the book she's reading. Painted with golden hour lighting.
