TMO mis-accounted and owed me like $0.47 They negative billed me for months despite me trying to be nice to them. Eventually I gave up trying and some months later someone figured it out after I ignored them

Parliamentary systems are by definition unstable. see: France Our system by (un)intentional design all but guarantees two parties which is a different type of unstable. It moves slower. But I'm sure we're thinking the same things
