Did some gardening today. Moved the hyacinths to the front beds and removed some VERY overcrowded tulips. We dug up about a dozen spots I had marked earlier in the year, selected the best bulbs, and replanted about 10 of them. We had over a gallon of tulip bulbs left over! Prolific!

I couldn't remember if this one had a marbled edge, but it doesn't. It's a random Volume 2 of 8 of the Complete Works of Shakespeare I got from my university's book sale over 20 years ago. Not sure when it was published.

Yesterday was a creative bust. Decided to frog a bracelet I had started the day before and made a bracelet (pictures below) I ended up frogging today (didn't like the colors or how it looked overall and I messed up the clasp). Some days are just not productive. Sigh.

Done with the hedgehog. He's a magnet or magnetic brooch.

I want to be able to bead all day forever. I want to sell some of my pieces to support this dream, but setting up a way to do this is proving more difficult than I imagined. Jumping from hobbyist to business is scary!

I grew up with Halloween cats (orange tabby & black cat). I've always had good luck with that pairing. Pegasus is bending the rules a little by being a tortie, but Hercules is a red on blue tabby, so his dark tint balances things out.

In my defense, I was left alone with the 10-year-old at the store, the dog didn't have a Halloween costume, & they didn't talk me out of it. I mean, I couldn't talk THEM out of it. Ahem.

Anyway, he doesn't hate it as long as the hood stays down.
