This goes along with how I don't really have a particular style, and I shoot what I find interesting. Not because of limitations or anything, but because I don't know how to shoot in one style. After 20 years, I still get blown away with how film renders a scene.

If you haven’t, check out John Alton’s book “Painting with Light”. It was published in 1949 and talks about cinematic lighting from the era.
