7/8 - Mineral mashup.
Slightly different to just "random junk". Making use of compacting recipes, and the bundle bringing stacks you add to it to the "top", allows you to better manage resources you might not be aiming to mine, but are nice to come across.

You can't store a shulker in a bundle, but you can flatpack the ingredients in one.
Handy for late game exploration where you can keep an relatively clean inventory until you need to come back home.

I don't need it often, but it's handy enough to spend one slot in a shulker to have to hand, rather than the 3 that would be needed without it.

4/8 - They aren't "poor man shulkers", they complement, and work INSIDE shulkers. Use them to compact low count items to reclaim shulker space for other items.

2/8 - Storing multiple of an unstackable item (like the brush) by storing it's ingredients. You at most will use two slots, or just throw away the worn out brush afterwards.

1/8 - Workstations. Easy access to a stonecutter for those few extra stairs/slabs you need. No wasting shulker space on several items, just one bundle in inventory or in your toolbox shulker.
