I don't want to armchair general the resistance. But I feel like ambushing and killing soldiers engaged in ceasefire violations might be more effective.
From what I've seen they've moved further into Lebanon after the ceasefire. Places they couldn't reach during battles.

The elections were observed, they seemed largely fair and fine.
Bribery and fraud allegations are being fabricated by pro-EU forces who cracked the shits after they lost a fair election. They're basically pulling a Trump style "stolen" election, but because it's pro-West, western media supports it
