Into the Breach seems to sit in a really weird place - opinion on it has always seemed divided, but not in the traditional 'it's good/it's bad' way, more in the 'it's good and I love it/I can tell it's good but I can't get into it' way.

I don't think I've ever really seen that with a game before.

...and of course by the time you finally get round to picking them up again, it's been so long you've forgotten everything up to that point, so you figure "oh, I might as well go back to the start".

...this is how I ended up playing the first half of Deathloop five times. 😂

Oh god, so much this.

Them: "Have you seen the new Fallout show? It's great!"
Me: "Yeah, I saw the first 3-4 episodes a month or two back."
Them: "Oh, did you not like it?"
Me: "No, I loved it!"
Them: "Are you planning on watching the rest?"
Me: 🤷

This is super true! Even though I think this might be the first time I've interacted with your posts, yours was one of the first accounts I sought out when I finally got the chance to jump across from The Bad Place - your art and your characters are always a bright spot on my timeline!

Threatening the GM with Snik-Snik returning is the single best piece of plot armour any of my PCs could possibly have. :D

Probably shouldn't cheat here by naming the one I'm currently playing on the podcast, hey?

Sadly, I don't have artwork for him, but my favourite character to play (the rest of the party may disagree...) was probably Snik-Snik, my Gobbo rogue who genuinely believed he was "King of the Pathfinders".
