And CC10 logo where the boss is Manfred is Theresa's triangle mixed with a biohazard symbol. May be more related to Theresa's ressurection but who knows
November 8, 2024 at 4:10 PM
Manfred's CN website description puts him between "the past" (Theresis) and "the future" (Theresa) but he represents the present, as he chose his own way despite being treated as a political toy of the two for most of his life.

For many years, Theresa has been researching the origin of Arts and Originium with her crown. She knew that she would eventually die and her project would become forgotten, and that's why she programmed her own AI version. But you know who has also used Witchcraft coding?

And now take a look at Ascalon's EP. It's from her POV and by "brothers throned" she clearly refers to multiple people: Theresa's brother, Theresis and her own brother, Manfred.

"...Their rule was hopeful
One undone, I left alone
No manipulation hides it
Where my motivation lies."

Many people interpret "The Guardian Angel" as Theresis, but take a look at the Crown above Theresa/Civilight Eterna's head. It looks just like a glowing halo. But why is Manfred dedicating a song towards Theresa and saying that he "wants to be a guardian angel"?
November 8, 2024 at 3:33 PM
Take a look at CC10 Lobby song. It is very clear that it's Manfred's POV especially after his backstory in Babel. Then, it's unclear, who is the "Guardian angel" he is referring too.
November 8, 2024 at 3:32 PM
In Victoria story chapters, Manfred and Theresa have little talks together and here we can see that Manfred and Theresa both respect each other and Theresa shows motherly love towards him despite them being on different sides of the conflict in Babel.
November 8, 2024 at 3:32 PM
During the Londinium invasion it was Manfred that was in command of the troops. Not Theresis himself or other way more experienced KMC generals, but Manfred who is barely 30. I think at this time after Ascalon's departure and Theresa's death Theresis was fully convinced who would be his successor.
November 8, 2024 at 3:30 PM
During the Civil War, when Ascalon left Theresis, Manfred was Theresis' Guard captain. He haven't been at any wars before this one and I don't think that a General's bodyguard has to be at the frontline. Why was he made a general so quickly somewhere during or after the civil war?
November 8, 2024 at 3:28 PM
In Babel, it was told that Ascalon was Theresis' favorite student and if he would have wanted to make anyone his successor, it's her and he knows that the students have their own good and bad sides and Manfred isn't such a good fighter as Ascalon.
November 8, 2024 at 3:27 PM
Manfred was one of Theresis' two students and it seemed like he was the favorite one and raised to be Theresis' successor because he was taught things like political games and military theory, unlike Ascalon. Until we read Babel.
November 8, 2024 at 3:27 PM
We are having our first introduction to Manfred at the end of episode 9 when Theresis says that "Manfred needs growth, and quickly". Why would he say that? We find out in the next chapter, that he has received the news that he would die soon and someone needs to continue his plan
November 8, 2024 at 3:26 PM
First, take a look at Manfred's design. He wears two brooches: one is a rhombus, a symbol associated with the Lord of Fiends, and the other one is a triangle: a symbol, associated with Theresa and Babel. Why would he wear them as Theresis' loyalist?
November 8, 2024 at 3:25 PM
Manfred was Theresa's original (and failed) heir (an Arknights lore theory), a thread🧵

WARNING!!! HUGE SPOILERS FOR EPISODE 14 AND BABEL
