Might have actually been my first videogame, very special to me. Lots of people love 3 as well (and I personally go to bat for 4 and 6)!

Online, it's easy to assume the opponent is all serious business & mocking/judging you. I caught no hint of that IRL. I felt every opponent was genuinely happy just to have someone sit down next to them to play. It was eye-opening.

Went to my first local some months back (I'm an Axl player). Haven't returned but it was a great time. It was refreshing just how much everyone there was all about the fun and surprise of the sets, not hung up on performance or results but just pushing the buttons and enjoying the madness. Went 2-2.
