Many businesses and services have a facebook presence, so many people are on socials and it's free for businesses. I assume some of the accounts are business accounts that will suffer. Facebook has to to get it together.

It's bizarre no media outlet is speaking to it. Social media has become so integral to communication, a blunder of this magnitude must be looked at. Conversely, the perils of social media cannot be overstated and is this the wake up call we needed?
