I totally get it. I'm in the process of becoming a project lead and I get pressure from higher management, plus having to talk to my coworkers about goals/plans, and pleasing clients who don't know what I do or processes the company does. I'm barely on the totem pole and still feel the pressure.

Streaming often doesn't feel like a job to most people because it's usually something that people enjoy. Your irl job usually isn't something you enjoy unless you are really lucky.
