We should get very excited, learn as much as we can about it, and prevent Elon musk from contaminating it :-)

It was a 7-4 decision. Haven’t looked at it carefully yet but concerned that the four no votes implies that there are at least semi Plausible rationales that a Supreme Court majority might use to Overturn this

So close to filling in another 5%

It’s vague but there’s lots of precedent. His attempt is likely bogus under that precedent but remains to be seen

Good thing he’s almost certainly never going to get there :-)

The Supreme Court suggested a few months ago that its majority was likely to insulate the Fed from its expected Humphrey's Executor repeal. And Bessent supposedly persuaded Trump not try to fire Fed governors without cause (or I guess a seemingly contrived cause).

The article links to the groups' rehearing request.

DOE eventually posted the 202(c) rehearing requests for Campbell/Eddystone on the same pages as the orders. Maybe it will eventually do so for challenges to the report?

(The uncertainty/delays make me appreciate eLibrary even more).

Even Trump issued a proclamation (crudely) honoring black history month

This is a stupid and/or cowardly reaction to mean spirited policies meant to
Intimidate

I’d guess bc someone is afraid of somehow being punished under executive orders and pentagon policies. :-(

Madness :-(

Even IF one thinks that DEI “went too far” Frederick Douglass is an all-time great American and Marylander based exclusively on objective metrics of merit, ability, and accomplishments.
