This is my portion of my application for the Belle Case La Follete award from the Wisconsin Law Foundation. It sums up me and my job pretty well. Two judges wrote very flattering letters, but I won’t share those.

My parents have always had boxers, thus I grew up with them. We always had at least one, and often two boxers. My parents rescued Athena thinking she was a boxer, but turns out she’s 100% American Bulldog.

I was never a fan of spaniels until I met my girlfriend’s dog, Auggie. He’s fantastic.

No one here knows how big a feat this is, but we’re dog sitting my parents dog, Athena (American bulldog, right) and she hasn’t always gotten along with our dog, Auggie (Springer Spaniel, left). So far so good.

Every time I have to go to municipal court:

Fished the Fall Open put on by the Wolf River Bass club on Saturday in the Wolf River. Bite was super tough, but we still scraped up 14.34 lbs for a small check. Our law firm sponsored the tournament and turn out was great. If tournament bass fishermen are good at one thing, it’s needing a lawyer.

I deleted most of my social media last fall, so I have forgotten how to internet. Anyways, here’s a fish.
