Even N-S isn't great depending on where you're going. I live on Victoria, but work down off Laird. So I have to take the 13 into DT, then the 99 to Clair/Gordon, then the 19 to the office.

If they had a Victoria mainline paired with a Clair/Laird E-W it would significantly cut my trip times.

I'd like to see some more routes like the 99 mainline added to other parts of the city, for crosstown trips without having to transfer.

I think it's improved a decent amount. Route frequency is unchanged, but I feel like the delays are less frequent, at least on the routes I take.

Overall coverage has expanded, but there is still room to improve.

Yeah, oftentimes I get things from clients as Apple Pages/Numbers files, but need to work in Office programs. And every time I want to just use an online converter, but instead I have to reach out to IT to get them to convert it. Dang privacy concerns :P
