I feel this. I don't have a sona myself but my longest standing OC has always been this shape shifting illusionist/Enchanter style character. I love his vibe as character but my aesthetic preferences are fickle lol

I think I have to pick three that I just deeply enjoy no matter what.

It is a vexing weekly pivot.

It may not be helpful but things like that I tend to chalk up to, human brain weird.

It's not easy work but even when you take steps back you're still working on it. Healing isn't a linear thing so try your best to look at your own struggles the way you would a friend's.

The daily tasks take a lot of executive function capacity so even when you feel you arent enough u are trying. 🫂
