Yea it's definitely looking like that. I did see people at around 4 hrs and stayed on hold get through. But not looking likely now 😂💀

I've been waiting for a call back since 10:10, as I can't sit on a call that long and still nothing. I've not seen a single person who asked for a call back get one, really loosing hope here 😔
