What's your favourite in the series? My mum really liked them when I was younger when they first came out to the movies. I don't think I saw them all though; been awhile.

It looks great; glad you enjoyed it

Looks fancy, how was it?

How much pellets in grams would mum eat in a day?

Good, but like you, I have been cold and glad the wind has dropped. Got a cold that has been lingering so that is annoying. The temperature here didn't get that cold but has dropped to around 5°C overnight. More the same later this week so rug up. 🤗

Nice; he is relaxing in the sun. Has it been cold out your way in the morning? I think Tuesday onwards this week is getting 🥶❄️

Darby and Joan S2 on iview was disappointing imho. I have subscribed to Acorn for some crime dramas - good mix.

Decided to read murderbot book. On special Apple Books for $1 - trying a free sample of a few chapters.
Is it me or is Bluesky wonky this morning with post missing?

Only celeb I said hello too was the doctor or vet in country practice at Parramatta train station. The actor looked put out when asked for autograph, but Tom Baker conversely, looks jolly and fun. Didn't know he was tall though ...

Agree with Tom and his long scarf. Tried to get one as a lad and never that long. David and Donna were the best.

Has been some good WWII era tv shows like Land Girls, and All Creatures set in that time period were excellent. Less focus on the shooting etc and more on impact it had on people's lives. Blitz was about lives impacted, but for me, it didn't hit the mark but I understand that many people enjoyed it.

This was pre-Tenant. S1 with Chris Eccleston (unsure on spelling). Agree that David Tenant comment.

I struggle with American comedy tbh. Ted Lasso had a mixture of English and American talent and set in England so it worked for me.

Finch was good but Blitz not for me. Seen too many WWII films I guess - are you my mummy episodes from Doctor Who a recent exception though

And bad sisters, shame as I had high hopes, just not enjoyable.
May 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM
Yeah - shrinking wasn't for me; dark matter was disappointing as well

2nd time lucky for me. Liked the characters and well acted. Morning Wars, Severence, Ted Lasso, Vanishing Girls and Silo worked for me. Not sure on MurderBot and most of Apple movies aren't great imho.

Yes, I find it calming but expressive. Thanks for the recommendation to read it

It is relaxing read. Not demanding although I am not interested in baseball but I understand why people with an interest in numbers would with all statistics etc
