You have a lovely soft art style with so perfectly contrasts why harshness of what's being displayed. It is beautiful. That being said not being prepared for that is also reasonable.

I do think that the submitter was dealing with the impact in a healthy way though. They were very polite. But I also think it's fair to say you are striving for a challenging work so extreme is pretty apt, no? I think what you do you do very well.
