similar to you they just fucked me over royally and went "oops they should've told you about the age bracket! our bad but you still owe us cause you should have double checked again"

They denied my preventative colon cancer screening which was ordered bc I'm extremely high risk and already having issues. called them and confirmed it would be covered before my procedure and told today ,7months after the procedure, its not covered because I am not in their "specific age bracket"

they fucking suck ass, make constant insurance mistakes and wont cover things they say they will cover
